About Us

We have a love for transforming chaos into order; our journey began with a simple yet powerful mission: to give business owners confidence in their numbers.

Melanie started bookkeeping in Uxbridge, Middlesex. Later, she met her husband and moved to North Devon in 1997. They now live in Bickington with their son and Bowser, their Jack Russell. She holds AAT qualifications at Level 4 and is an ICB Member. Her experience spans various industries, including engineering, architecture, solicitors, the tyre industry, and window cleaning. Whether it’s paper-based or digital, she is well-versed in managing financial records.

Originally from Plymouth, Leah moved to North Devon in 2010 and joined the company in September 2022. She is affectionally known as “Tech Queen”. She has a particular fondness for bringing order and systems to physical paperwork.
